Method
How a search runs, from job description to reporting.
A ten-stage pipeline written down so you can follow it, question it and measure it.
It starts with the job description
The pipeline begins with the role itself. Before anyone is contacted, the description is read critically: what is truly required, what is habit, and what a strong candidate would need to hear.
Ten documented stages
The method has ten stages, written down so they can be followed, audited and taught. Nothing depends on memory or mood, and a hiring team can see where any search stands.
It ends with reporting
The last stage is reporting. Reply rates, cost per hire and fill rate are tracked, which is how the figures on this site exist at all.
Human at every contact
Tools find and sort. A person writes the outreach and talks to the candidate, because the people worth finding rarely answer a template.
