Thirteen years of full-cycle technical recruiting, a business degree, and a career that began in the Army.
I am a technical recruiter and sourcer. My work is finding the people others miss.
For more than thirteen years I have run full-cycle recruiting for technical teams: engineering, semiconductor, construction robotics and healthcare. That means every stage, from understanding the role to the moment someone says yes.
Before recruiting, I served as an Army Combat Engineer (12B), and later earned a B.B.A. at Texas Tech. From 2012 to 2026 I ran Halsey Inc., and I now work under my own name, directly with the founders and talent leaders who hire.
The work today takes four forms: fractional sourcing for teams without capacity, talent acquisition modules for teams building a function, training for fellow recruiters, and a set of AI sourcing tools I built for my own searches.
